Peanut Allergy-Friendly Baseball Games 2015

Baseball season will be here soon! We are encouraged by the number of major and minor league baseball teams that are actively engaging members of the food allergy community by hosting special “peanut-sensitive” games or donating a portion of ticket sales to FARE.

FARE makes information about these events available to the public and partners on a community level with peanut-sensitive and peanut-aware sporting events across the country. Please note that FARE plays no role in the organization or policing of activity of these events, and FARE does not offer stadium preparation guidelines for these games. Each stadium may use different preparation practices and FARE encourages individuals to reach out directly to the venue to learn more about their efforts.

Follow the links for more information about how to purchase tickets and the accommodations available at specific games. We will be updating it with new events as we learn of them. View the 2014 list here >

  1. How do I go about getting allergy free games with the Texas teams? Neither Rangers nor Astros are listed. Does FARE have a department that can guide me or do I just contact the teams myself?

    1. We have contacted them several times and no such luck. Our allergy specialist tells us that our pn/tn allergy child would be ok but I’m struggling with anxiety over his safety. I’m mainly worried about the peanut dust in the air.

  2. Minor League: West Michigan Whitecaps (Grand Rapids, MI) ,Wednesday, June 3 and Thursday, June 4 – Peanut-free stadium (sanitization procedures followed)

  3. The Columbus Clippers have a peanut-free suite onYes! We offer a Peanut-Free Suite on:

    April 20
    May 10
    June 9
    July 21
    August 9

  4. Just a heads up that the Colorado Rockies game is not on April 18th. I just spoke with a representative and that was the date for last years game and the website is still active. They are planning a date, but do not have it yet!

  5. While I love this, I was just seriously disappointed by my Seattle Mariners. All of their peanut controlled sections are cheap $12 nose-bleed sections. Thanks but no thanks.
