Head Back to School Safely with FARE

For parents and students managing food allergies, each school year comes with its own set of new successes and challenges. Whether you’re sending your child to school for the first time, or filling out school paperwork for the 10th time, FARE has a number of resources to help you prepare yourself and your school.

  1. Online headquarters for school food allergy resources

FARE’s website has always had an abundance of materials for parents, teachers, school staff and others who are responsible for keeping students with food allergies safe and included at school. We’ve pulled together and organized these materials on our website to create a one-stop-shop for all of the most essential documents, forms and information.

  1. Send a resource packet to a school

Back-to-School season is a great opportunity to take action and work with your local schools to educate the school community about the serious nature of food allergies. This year, with your $30 donation to our Back-to-School drive, we will send a packet of posters, educational handouts and resources to the school of your choice to help educate and raise awareness about food allergies. This is a simple way you can provide your school with resources and make a difference!

Stay tuned to the FARE Blog and foodallergy.org for more information and resources to help you prepare to go back to school safely!
